Our Visit: What We Ordered & How It’s Served
We visited them in February 2023. We walked in on a Saturday around noon without a reservation. Luckily, there were still plenty of tables and we were seated right away.
Our goal was simple: eat truffle pasta.
So we both ordered the signature “Tagliatelle flambé al tartufo fresco in crosta di Grana Padano” (€27).
Soon after ordering, steaming hot pasta, a huge wheel of Grana Padano, and fresh whole truffles arrived at our table.
The server flambés the cheese in front of you, coats the pasta generously with the melted cheese inside the wheel, then shaves fresh black truffle over the top—right at the table.

- Their cheese-wheel truffle tagliatelle is outstanding—made by melting cheese inside a giant wheel (60 cm+) and tossing fresh pasta in it.
- The pasta is freshly made in-house.
- Table-side flambé and truffle shaving add a fun, theatrical touch.
✓ Watch-outs
- The truffle pasta is €27 per person—definitely not cheap, but if you’re in Italy for truffles, it’s worth the splurge.
- Service during our visit was rather curt (could be a one-off). The food quality, however, was excellent.
